Since 1988, Yasser Aref was commissioned to design and supervise the construction of a considerable number of residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Assignments include design proposals, working drawings, shop and detail drawings as well as supervision of construction work.
Unlike many other architects, I am not attached to a particular architectural style, rather I try to explore different aspects and facets of architectural expression. In every assignment, I aspire that my designs respond to surrounding environment, fulfill functional requirements as well as present a distinctive architectural statement. Therefore, achieving this compromise is the challenge I face in every commission.
